Dr. Kató has a proven track record of advising in company law structures, fine tuning corporate solutions and managing various corporate changes. He has gained expertise through providing legal support to the commercial affairs of corporations. He has been involved in the preparation and implementation of several transactions for the acquisition of real estate holding companies (share deals) and real estates (asset deals). He consistently provides legal support to the operation of retail, office and warehouse properties, including drafting and negotiating lease agreements, property management and other operational contracts.
